BBC's apologies to Gedolf: an interesting case

Did you listen to BBC’s apologies to the musician Bob Gedolf? Here in Brazil we aren’t used to situations like this. OK, the media group only publicly recognized its mistake after seven months, and under a lot of pressure. On the other hand, in Brazil mistakes from communication companies are usually treated VERY discreetly. In this program, which I’ve recorded from a BBC’s news podcast, the company not only apologizes, but also makes an interview with an ex-director (who makes hard critics to BBC). But what is even more interesting, in my opinion, a BBC reporter pressed the director of his own company with good questions about the way the company has managed the issue.
